This book was an easy read and very practical. While the book encouraged me, inspired me and motivated me to become the best possible version of myself it gave me a step by step guide on how to achieve that.
Not worth the time.
An entire portion was about how you shouldn't sleep you'd way to the top. It offered no useful advice an often spoke down to the reader. Additionally it gave no real life examples.
Typos, grammatical errors, run-on sentences, stats included with no sources cited. Horrible. If I could get my money back, I most certainly would.
The book provides many great tips as it relates to women in leadership roles. I definitely learned alot from the author and I plan on utilizing it in my professional life.
